Drain Cleaning — Good / Better / Best
Most drain clogs can be cleared same-day. Here’s what each level includes:
- Cable machine clearing (up to 50 ft)
- Single fixture (sink, tub, or toilet)
- 30-day warranty on clearing
- Ideal for: Simple clogs, hair, soap buildup
- Heavy-duty cable machine (up to 100 ft)
- Main sewer line access via cleanout
- Camera inspection post-clearing
- 90-day warranty
- Ideal for: Multiple drains backing up, tree roots
- 4,000 PSI water jetting
- Removes grease, scale, and root intrusion
- Cleans pipe walls (not just punches through)
- Camera inspection before and after
- 1-year warranty
- Ideal for: Recurring clogs, grease buildup, restaurants
Whole-Home Repipe — Copper vs. PEX
If your home was built before 1990 with galvanized or polybutylene pipes, a repipe eliminates low pressure, rusty water, and pinhole leak risk permanently.
- Cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-A or PEX-B)
- Flexible — fewer connections, fewer leak points
- Freeze-resistant (expands without bursting)
- 25-year manufacturer warranty
- Faster installation (1–2 days typical)
- Lower cost than copper
- Type L copper throughout
- 50+ year proven lifespan
- Highest resale value
- Naturally antimicrobial
- 2–4 day installation
- Ideal for: Luxury homes, long-term investment

How Our Flat-Rate Pricing Works
Unlike plumbers who charge by the hour (incentivizing slow work), we use flat-rate pricing from our ServiceTitan digital pricebook. Here’s what that means for you:
You See the Price Before We Start
After our $89 diagnostic, your plumber presents all options on a tablet — Good, Better, and Best — with exact prices. You choose. No pressure, no clock running. If you decline all options, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
The Price Doesn’t Change
If a job takes longer than expected, that’s on us. Your price is locked. No “well, we ran into something” surprises. The only exception: if we discover a completely different problem (like a slab leak during a drain clearing), we stop and re-quote before proceeding.
What Affects Your Final Price
- Access difficulty: Crawlspace, attic, or behind-wall work costs more than exposed pipes
- Material choice: Chrome vs. brushed nickel vs. matte black fixtures vary in cost
- Code requirements: Older homes may need additional work to meet current code
- Scope: Replacing one fixture vs. a full bathroom renovation
Our Repair Tier System
For repairs, we use a 4-tier system based on complexity:
| Tier | Price Range | What’s Included | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | $150 – $350 | Simple repairs, single component | Flapper replacement, supply line, angle stop |
| Tier 2 | $350 – $750 | Moderate repairs, multiple components | Faucet rebuild, toilet internals, disposal install |
| Tier 3 | $750 – $1,500 | Complex repairs, access required | Valve replacement behind wall, shower cartridge, water line repair |
| Tier 4 | $1,500 – $2,500 | Major repairs, structural access | Slab leak repair, main line repair, emergency shutoff install |
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We use flat-rate pricing from our digital pricebook. You see the exact price before any work begins. If the job takes longer than expected, the price doesn’t change.
What does the $89 diagnostic fee include?
A licensed plumber comes to your home, diagnoses the problem, and presents repair options with exact pricing. If you approve a repair, the diagnostic fee is typically waived or applied to the repair cost. If you decline, you only pay $89.
Do you offer same-day plumbing service?
Yes. We dispatch plumbers 7 days a week. For emergencies (active leaks, sewer backups, no water), we prioritize same-day arrival. Non-emergency appointments are typically available within 1–2 days.
How much does a whole-home repipe cost?
PEX repipes range from $5,500–$10,000 and copper repipes from $8,500–$15,000, depending on home size, number of fixtures, and access. Most repipes are completed in 1–3 days with minimal drywall repair.
Do you handle gas line work?
Yes. We’re licensed for gas line installation, repair, and leak detection. Common gas line work includes: running gas to a new appliance (dryer, range, water heater), gas leak repair, and gas line pressure testing. Prices range from $450–$2,500 depending on length and complexity.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Okaloosa and Walton County including Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview, Navarre, 30A, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Bluewater Bay, Gulf Breeze, DeFuniak Springs, and Freeport.
