Stephen Dobbins
Owner & President
Stephen Dobbins served 20 years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His career included service with the 82nd Airborne Division and as a Ranger Company Commander in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment.
Over more than a decade of combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Stephen learned that leadership means taking care of your people and executing the mission without fail. His service was recognized with numerous decorations, including the Silver Star, Purple Heart, six Bronze Stars, and the Ranger Tab.
Today, Stephen applies that same operational rigor to Advantage HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. He built this company to provide homeowners in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and the surrounding areas with a level of service they can trust implicitly. For Stephen, Advantage is more than a business — it is a vehicle to continue serving the community and, ultimately, to support the families of fallen service members.
Jessica Dobbins
Customer Experience
Jessica Dobbins knows what it takes to hold the line. As a military spouse through multiple combat deployments, she managed the home front with resilience and grace. A former Miss South Carolina (2003), Jessica brings a deep understanding of people, communication, and care to her role at Advantage.
She leads the customer experience team, ensuring that every homeowner who calls Advantage is treated with respect, empathy, and urgency. Jessica has also pioneered the use of advanced AI voice technology to ensure that no customer call ever goes unanswered, day or night. Her commitment to service is the reason Advantage has earned hundreds of five-star reviews from the Emerald Coast community.
